"On the evening of September 1, 2006, the remnants of Hurricane Ernesto whipped through our neighborhood along the Potomac River. Hearing a loud thud, we looked outside to find a large tree leaning against our house, with one branch stuck through the roof. Moments later, we had water dripping into our living room. We called Alexander's Tree Service to request assistance, expecting a long wait due to the storm. Within half an hour, the bucket truck appeared in our driveway. They not only removed the tree from the roof, but also placed a plastic sheet over the hole to keep out the water. All of this was done in the dark (almost midnight), during high winds and heavy rain. Now, that is what we call "tree service"! Many thanks to Mike Kilinski and all the gang at Alexander's Tree Service."
"After a recent severe snow storm, I had several trees come down on my property including one that damaged the roof of my house. I called Alexander's Tree Service and someone came out to my home the same afternoon to give me an estimate. They sent a crew the next day to clear snow and debris from the roof and to determine the extent of the damage. As soon as the snow had melted, they returned to remove the damaged trees, clear the debris, and take down another tree that was leaning toward my house. This tree was very tall and was near the house. It could only be taken down in a narrow space to avoid damage to the house, and they were able to do this without any problem.
Alexander's accomplished the job quickly and professionally. They only accepted payment when I was satisfied with the work, and they had no trouble working within the limits of my homeowners insurance policy. Not only would I recommend them to a friend, but I have already contacted them for another job on my property."
